- MAYA PASS is personal, non-transferable and non-cancelable.
- MAYA PASS is not valid for travel.
- To obtain your tickets for travel by bus, you must go to the ticket offices located in any Passenger Terminal of Grupo ADO just present upon request your valid passport. The subsequent exchanges shall also be carried out at the ticket offices of any Passenger Terminal of Grupo ADO, once obtained the tickets for travel; these are non-cancellable and non-transferable to a different date and time, nor person.
- The validity of MAYA PASS starts from the date and time printed and is marked on the top of this document.
- By purchasing MAYA PASS you consent to the laws, jurisdiction and competence of the Federal Courts of the United Mexican States and agree to the terms and conditions established by transport companies.
- By having purchased MAYA PASS you agree that the transport companies providers of the passenger land transportation service, assume no responsibility other than the place of supply of the services, which is the territory of the United Mexican States, as well as the services which shall be provided in accordance with the service standards of the companies providing the passenger transportation service.
- For security reasons MAYA PASS is not replaceable whereby it will not be reprinted, keep it in a safe place.

Pursuant to the provisions of the Federal Law for the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (hereinafter "THE LAW"), we inform you that the requested personal data (hereinafter "DATA") are treated by ADO Y EMPRESAS COORDINADAS, S.A. DE C.V. Once the user provides DATA to ADO, it shall be responsible for: a) to hold DATA properly. b) to use the DATA solely and exclusively for carrying out the purposes stated herein, in the understanding that ADO must obtain a new permit if required by using again the data for different purposes. c) to proceed, within the term permitted to THE LAW, to the request for access, rectification, cancellation or opposition regarding DATA, submitting your request by means of e-mail: datos.personales@grupoado.com.mx, or by mail to: Artilleros No. 123, Colonia Siete de Julio, Delegación Venustiano Carranza, C.P. 15290, Mexico, Federal District.
DATA could be transferred to subsidiary companies, subsidiaries, affiliates and parent companies of ADO, within the Mexican territory, for the purposes above.

ADO shall not liable if such information and data have been given to third individuals by the user and such individuals do not comply with the provisions of LAW.
